Girls' East Region Tennis Tournament will be May 17-19, 2012 in Grand Forks, with Todd Olson, Tournament Manager.

Thursday, May 17
9:00 a.m. – Coaches’ Meeting
10:30 a.m. - Team Tournament Begins (1st Round Team)
1:30 p.m. - 2nd Round Team
5:00 p.m. - Championship & State Qualifiers
8:00 p.m. – Coaches’ Meeting (COTY, Sr. Athlete, Scheduling, Advisory)

Friday, May 18
8:00 a.m. – Coaches’ Meeting (Brief)
9:00 a.m. - Individual Tournament Begins
On Friday we intend to play up to the semifinals in the championship bracket and to the quarters in the consolation bracket in both doubles and singles brackets.

Saturday, May 19
8:00 a.m. – Coaches’ Meeting (Brief)
9:00 a.m. - Doubles & Singles Play Continues
1:30 p.m. - Doubles Final Begins
3:00 p.m. - Singles Final Begins

State Girls' Tennis will be May 24-26, 2012 in Fargo with Ed Lockwood, Tournament Manager.

1:00 PM          Team Tournament begins (We will follow the order of matches from the NDHSAA website)
4:30 PM          Second round of team play

Friday, May 25, 2012
7:30 AM         Coaches Meeting - Courts Plus.  (If weather needs to be discussed)
8:00 AM         Final round of team play resumes if using indoor courts only.
9:00 AM         Final round of team play resumes if using outdoor courts.
1:00 PM          Coaches Meeting - Courts Plus. (Coaches of individual players)
1:30 PM          First round individual play.
4:00 PM          Second round of individual play

Saturday, May 26, 2012
9:00 AM         Individual Consolation round continues at Courts Plus.
9:30 AM         Individual Semi-finals begin
1:00 PM          Individual Championship, 3^rd & 4^th, Consolation Championships
Awards presentation at the conclusion of the final match at Courts Plus
