6. North Dakota Officials Association (NDOA) Recommendations
   1. The Board will act on the following NDOA Board of Directors requests:
      1. Waive the first-year registration fee for new officials
      2. Approve a 5% fee increase for 2015-16 and lock that in through 2016-17
      3. Create a region/state tournament pass for registered officials
7. Officials Committee Report
   1. Shane Martin, Committee Chair, will report on proposed changes to the NDHSAA local officials program.
8. Kindred HS Request
   1. Attached is a letter from Kindred High School requesting the Board to allow football participation in a football contest three days prior to the first allowable 11-man contest in order to schedule a football game with a 9-man school in August 2015.
9. Kindred HS Extra Semester Appeal (1:30 pm Audience)
   1. Attached is a letter from Kindred High School requesting the Board to appeal the Executive Director’s decision regarding an extra semester application

    1. Staff recommendation to move the 2016 girls’ soccer season one week later on the NDHSAA 5-year calendar
