  10.   Baseball regulation clarification
    1. Staff member Fletschock will provide recommended language that will add clarification to the new NDHSAA pitch count regulation.  Board approval is necessary.
  11.   Hardship Appeal (2:00 pm audience)
    1. Turtle Mountain Community High School has requested an appeal to a denied hardship application.  Necessary information will be distributed at the meeting.
  12.   Washburn Public School/District 10 Appeal
    1. Attached is a letter from Pete Moe, District 10 Boys Basketball Tournament Manager, appealing a fine for a non-approved stream of this year’s district boys basketball tournament.
  13. Red River High School Request
    1. Attached is a letter from Grand Forks Public Schools AD Mark Rerick requesting the Board to waive Article XIV, Section III of the NDHSAA Constitution which does not allow a student to participate in a similar athletic contest during the high school season of that sport.
  14. * Dickinson High School Request
    1. A letter from Guy Fridley, Dickinson Public Schools AD, requesting the Board to waive the penalty in Article XIV, Section III of the NDHSAA Constitution for a student that participated in a similar athletic contest during the high school season of that sport.
