7. Edinburg HS Request
a. At the last Board meeting, Edinburg HS had requested a waiver of the late fee for a coop. The request was tabled until the new coop application had been dealt with. The request letter is attached for your review.

8. Enderlin HS Request
a. Attached is a letter from Brian Midthun, Prin/AD at Enderlin High School requesting the Board to move the deadline for Class B regional baseball from May 20th to May 23rd and to lift the regulation that allows two nights followed by a school day for baseball games this spring season.

9. Realignment Committee Report
a. Jack Maus will provide a report concerning the March 21st Committee meeting. A recommendation concerning the three division plan for basketball and volleyball will be provided.

10. Tournament Committee Report
a. Jeff Schatz will give the Board a report from the Combined Tournament Committee. Meeting notes as well as other documentation is attached. The Committee identified the following recommendations for Board approval:
i. For 2010-11, move State B Girls BB from Minot to Bismarck and State B Boys BB from Bismarck to Minot.
ii. For 2011-12, move State B Girls BB from Minot to Bismarck and State B Boys from Bismarck to Grand Forks.
iii. Recommended State Tournament Sites in 2012-13.
iv. Ticket Price Adjustments
1. Add softball and keep the same as A Baseball
2. Finals-Dakota Bowl, (2 or 3 games) adult from $8 to$10 student from $5 to $6.
3. One Day Dakota Bowl Finals-4 games, adult from $10 to $12.
4. Finals-Dakota Bowl, (1 game), add new, adult $8 and student $5.
5. Regional Hockey, change 3-game session student from $4 to $5.
6. State Volleyball, change adult tournament ticket from $22 to $30 and student from $10 to $15.
7. State Volleyball, change adult daily from $8 to $12 and student daily from $4 to $6.

c. The Board Tournament Committee will have met and have site recommendations for 2009-10. The Committee is scheduled to meet on April 20th and handouts will be made available at the meeting.

11. Sportsmanship Presentation
a. The National Federation has prepared a new sportsmanship program that is available to state association member schools. I will give a brief presentation to the Board.

12. Constitution & By-Laws Committee Report
a. Jack Maus will provide a committee recommendation to the Board concerning:
i. Baseball----out-of-season coaching.

13. Promotions & Programs Committee Report
a. The Committee will review applications for the NDHSAA Distinguished Service Award and report to the Board. Rick Jacobson serves as chair of this committee.

14. Wrestling Report
a. Dave Carlsrud will update the Board regarding weight management as well as the wrestling stats program as provided by the National Wrestlling Coaches Association.

15. Technology Update
a. Brenda Schell will provide a technology report to the Board.
