Event: State B Boys' Basketball Tournament

Description: The NDHSAA sponsored State B Boys’ Basketball Tournament will be held at the Grand Forks Alerus Center, 1200 South 42nd Street, March 1-3, 2012.  Todd Olson, Athletic Director for Grand Forks Public Schools, will be the tournament manager.
 
The three-day event will begin Thursday, March 1, at 1:00 with opening round play.  Thursday and Friday, March 1-2, will have 1:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. sessions.  Doors will open to the public one hour before each session.
 
Saturday, March 3, consolation competition will begin at 1:00 p.m. Third place competition will start at 6:00 p.m. with the title game following.  Doors will open to the public one hour before each session.
 
Tickets may be purchased in advance online at www.aleruscenter.com or by calling Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000. Additional information can be found at www.ndhsaa.com.

Tickets to the general public for the 2012 State B Boys’ Basketball Tournament will go on sale on Monday, January 23, 2012.

• By calling Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000

NOTE:  If ordering tickets through Ticketmaster by phone (800-745-3000) you will be directed through a number of voice prompts.

When the voice prompts ask for which event, please say:  “North Dakota State Class B Boys’ Basketball”

You will be asked if you want  ‘North Dakota State Class B Boys’ Basketball Season Pass’ or ‘North Dakota State Class B Boys’ Basketball Tournament’ option.  Select the season pass option if you intend to buy 3-day tickets.

The voice prompt will ask you if this is for March 1st—say ‘yes’.  It will then work with you to purchase the number of tickets you want. 

If you are looking for a section other than what the voice prompt provides, say “representative” to visit with a representative about your purchase.

Customer service representatives may not be used to the term ‘season pass’.  Please ask the representative to confirm your ticket type.  Adult season passes are $38 plus facility and Ticketmaster charges.  Student season passes are $15 plus facility and Ticketmaster charges.
