NDHSAA Board Approves Transfer Eligibility Amendment at Membership Meeting

The NDHSAA General Membership met at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at the Bismarck Ramkota Inn. Agenda items included opening remarks from Chairman Jason Wiberg, Canvassing Committee report of Class B SE, Class A At-Large, and NDIAAA  Representatives, presentation of 2017 and 2018 football plan guidelines, and By-Law Amendment regarding transfer eligibility.

State Superintendent Kirsten Baesler provided the Canvassing Committee report with the following representatives being elected to four-year terms:
    Class B Southeast: Mitch Carlson, Superintendent LaMoure
    Class At-Large: Scott Privatsky, Superintendent Devils Lake
    NDIAAA:  Michael Sorlie, AD North Sargent

Andy Dahlen, Football Committee Chair, presented the 2017 and 2018 football plan guidelines and discussed committee work to-date.
