North Dakota Track and Field Hall of Fame to induct nine new members

BISMARCK -- The North Dakota Track and Field Hall of Fame is inducting nine new members to its ranks this spring.

New inductees include:

Darrin Boehm, Mandan/West Fargo High Schools (1985)

Michele (Gab) Willer, Dickinson High School (1980)

Sarah Klein, Carrington High School (2002)

Tim Jacobsen, Dickinson High School (1991)

Weston Dressler, Bismarck High School (2004)

Josh Dinius, Langdon High School (2003)

Brian McCulley, Fargo South High School (1996)

Henry Pankratz, Dickinson High School

Frank Bavendick, Bismarck High School (1948)

 

Inductees will be recognized at the 2016 North Dakota High School Activities Association-sponsored state combined Class A and B boys and girls track and field meet, which will be held May 27-28 at the Bismarck Community Bowl located at 1701 Canary Ave.

The two-day event will begin Friday, May 27, at 9:30 a.m. with the Parade of Athletes.  Competition will begin at 10:30 a.m.  On Saturday, the meet will begin with field events at 9:00 a.m.

Adult Ticket Prices:

Daily $10.00 + $1.00 Venue Tax = $11.00

Two-Day Wristband $18.00 + $2.00 Venue Tax = $20.00

Student Ticket Prices:

Daily $5.00 + $1.00 Venue Tax = $6.00

Two-Day Wristband $8.00 + $2.00 Venue Tax = $10.00

Pre-sales (state meet wristbands only) will be Thursday, May 26 5:00-7:30 p.m. at the Community Bowl North Ticket Booth.

Ticket booths open at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, May 27 and at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 28.
