2013 NDHSAA State Cross Country Tournament

The 2013 NDHSAA State Cross Country Meet will be held October 26 at Valley City’s Bjornson’s Park Golf Course located at 3473 Woodland Park Rd.  Martin Bratrud, Activities Administrator for Valley City High School, will serve as tournament manager.

The event starting times are as follows:
12:00 p.m.           A Boys                    
12:45 p.m.           A Girls                    

Class A awards will be presented immediately following the completion of the girls’ event.
2:15 p.m.              B Boys
3:00 p.m.              B Girls  
Class B awards will be presented immediately following the completion of the girls’ event.
 
Trophies will be given to the top 5 teams in each of the four divisions. Individual plaques will be given to the top twenty runners in each of the four divisions plus individual plaques will be given to each member of the runner-up and championship team in each of the four divisions.

Students $4.00
 
The North Dakota High School Activities Association has sponsored cross county since 1961. 5000-meter boys and 4000-meter girls race lengths are standard across the United States.
