7. Executive Board Report
   1. Todd Olson, Executive Board Chair will report penalties assessed to:
      1. Trenton and Trinity Christian High Schools for a By-Law violation.
      2. Davies HS for using an ineligible athlete
8. St. Mary’s Hardship Appeal (1:30 audience)
   1. Attached is a letter from St. Mary’s High School requesting and audience with the Board to appeal the denial of a hardship waiver of the transfer rule.
9. Constitution & By-Laws Report
   1. Steve Hall will provide an update to the Board regarding the work taking place in reviewing the academic eligibility By-Law.
10. NDOA Recommendations
    1. The Board will act on the following requests made by the NDOA Board:
       1. Hire three (3) additional state basketball tournament officials
       2. Waive the registration fee for NEW officials
       3. Create a region/state tournament pass for registered officials, available for $20 beginning in 2014-15
       4. Raise the registration fee from $45.00 to $50.00 in 2014-15.
          1. Offsets on-line payment expenses
11. Executive Secretary Position
    1. President Olson will discuss timeline and process for filling the position of Executive Secretary.
