3.     Central Valley/Hillsboro Appeal

a.      This was tabled at the last meeting. The Football Committee was instructed to see if language could be developed that would make this request a possibility.  The Football Committee produced language that was handed out to the Board.  The Board will vote whether or not to approve the appeal.

4.     Employee Health Insurance

a.      I met with Gary Thune and he is working on language for the agreement with the employee and also for a policy amendment. Board approval of the policy amendment is necessary before change.

5.     Wahpeton Request

a.      Mike McCall, AD at Wahpeton High School is requesting the Board to approve a change in the 9 day practice rule for those students attending Military Basic Training. 

b.     The second request is for a waiver of the 9-day practice rule involving a tennis player that will be attending Military Basic Training. Both letters are attached.
