2012 NDHSAA State Class B One-Act Play Contest Results

NDHSAA State Class B One-Act Play Contest was held Monday and Tuesday, November 19 and 20 in Jamestown.

The top 8 places awarded at the finals were as follows:  1st – Central Cass, “The Syringa Tree”;2nd – Richardton-Taylor, “Medea”; 3rd – Edgeley,  “Orphan Trains”; 4th – Enderlin,  “The Long Christmas Dinner”; 5th – Oakes, “The Blind Date”; 6th – Hazen, “Once Upon a Grapevine”; 7th – Velva, “Eurydice”; 8th-  North Sargent, “Beyond Tolerance”.

Superior Actor Awards were presented November 19 at Jamestown High School to:

Alex Krebs – Beulah

Each school qualified for State from one of 10 regions statewide with contest held in early to mid November. School participating were:  Beulah, Carrington, Central Cass, Edgeley, Enderlin,  Glenburn, Hazen, Lakota, Milnor, North Sargent, Oakes, Park River,  Ray, Richardton-Taylor, Rugby, Thompson, Velva, Washburn, Watford City and Wing.
